The individual places emphasis on accomplishing results, the bottom line, and confidence. Behaviours include being direct, demanding, and strong-willed.
Conscientiousness
The individual places emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency. Behaviours include being cautious, methodical, and analytical.
influence
The individual places emphasis on influencing or persuading others, openness, and relationships. Behaviours include being enthusiastic, optimistic, and high-spirited.
Steadiness
The individual places emphasis on cooperation, sincerity, and dependability. Behaviours include being calm, patient, and consistent.
